Our Rental Policy
Our Rental Policy covers the terms and conditions of our costume rental services.

Terms & Conditions
Rental
Period
Rental period will be 7 days from the pick-up date.
We recommend you to pick up 2 days before your actual day wedding. Our rental rates are fixed for period of 7 days (both start and end day inclusive).
Selection & Fitting
You may browse through our collection and add them to cart before booking an appointment.
Fitting will be on appointment basis and takes about 1 - 1.5 hours.
As we are a home-based business, we do not have a physical store.
All fittings will be done at the convenience and comfort of your home.
Accessories
All rental fees of costumes come with a set of hair accessories and/or its matching accessories i.e. for theme costumes.
Selection of accessories will be done on pick-up date and subject to availability
If you need additional accessories, props, etc, let us know and it will be complimentary on us, subject to availability.
Cleaning Services
All our costumes will be sent for cleaning services before your pick-up.
Separate cleaning is not required by your end.
Payment
Upon confirmation of your selection, the deposit of $200 is payable.
The full amount of the rental rates will be payable on the pick-up date.
Modes of Payment – Cash / PayNow / Bank Transfer
The deposit will be refunded upon return and checking of the costumes.
Damage & Compensation
The conditions (e.g. any tear, dirt, loose threads, etc.) of the costumes and accessories will be check thoroughly together with the customer before and after the rental period.
If the costume(s) is found to be not in original condition and/or damage, the deposit of $200 will be forfeited.
If the accessories are found to be not in original condition and/or damage, a damage fees of $50 will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of any dispute, Bai Tou Xie Lao reserves the right on the final decision on the condition of the damage.
Amendments & Cancellation
If you need to change the date or design of the costume, please inform us at least 1 month prior to the original pick-up date, subject to availability.
Cancellation fees are chargeable as follows:
For cancellation more than 3 months before pick-up date – 50% of deposit amount forfeited.
For cancellation less than 3 months before pick-up date – 100% of deposit amount forfeited.
