How long should I look in advance?
Our recommendation is to start looking at least 3 to 6 months before your actual wedding day.
This will ensure the availability of the costume that you are interest in.
Since you are home-based business, I cannot browse the designs and look at my sizes.
How can you ensure that I find a suitable costume?
For your appointment booking, you will be able to select up to 3 designs.
This will ensure you to have adequate choice of selection. In addition, we will also provide sufficient details on the costumes like body or height suitability so that you can better select your choices.
As our costumes have different cuttings, please select the appropriate size based on your measurements of chest, waist and hip.
During your fitting, we will bring at least 2 sizes of the of the same design so that you can have a comparison on the fitting and decide on your selection.
Will my rental rates be cheaper if I rent for a shorter period?
Unfortunately, no. Our rental rates are fixed and standardised as per 5 days rental period, regardless if your rental period is shorter.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, of course. Extension of rental period is on per-day basis. Rental rates will be pro-rated and charged accordingly. E.g. If the rental rate is $128 and I need to extend by 2 days, it will be ($128 / 5 days) X 2 days extension.
Do you provide any other bridal or wedding related services?
At the moment, we are mainly providing traditional kua and theme costumes for both bride and groom.
However, due the nature of our business, we do have contacts for bridal car rental, photography services, DJ services, etc. Please to do hesitate to check with us if you require any of these services.
